Glen Eaton is a construction engineer with a wide range of experience. Glen's 30-year career in construction and arbitration gives him a unique set of skills that no other construction claims expert can offer. Government Contractor

From 1993 to 1998, Glen owned and operated his own surety-bonded general contracting business, building civil and military facilities for the Federal government exclusively.

Construction Contractor Consultant

Glen has been engaged by firms in New York, California, and Florida, to oversee cost recovery procedures. Over eight years, Glen assisted with claims in New York, California, Florida, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Texas, totaling more than $20 million. Thanks to Glen's fact organization, analysis, and writing skills, his clients successfully recovered approximately 40% of their claimed damages! (As is always the discrete prerogative of the client, substantial amounts were traded off to expedite settlement and avoid prolonged litigation.)

General Site Manager

Glen has worked in management roles for projects including dams, locks, canals, highways, commercial buildings, and site development projects for heavy construction and general commercial contractors. He has held responsible jobsite engineering & supervisory positions with contractors in the following Corps of Engineers districts:  Philadelphia, Nashville, Tulsa, Louisville, Mobile, and Savannah.

As a past affiliate member of the American Society of Professional Estimators, Glen has employed his skills as a cost estimator in many settings including construction claims consulting.

Fact & Expert Witness

Glen has been deposed in support of construction claims cases involving disputes ranging in value from $7 million to $14 million.

Arbitrator

As a past member of the American Arbitration Association, Glen served on the Panel of Construction Arbitrators and received AAA training as a dispute mediator.
